‘Reduced Registration Fee’ scholarship

The SMart Center has allotted a limited amount of reduced registration fee scholarships to individuals requiring financial assistance to attend the Selective Mutism Conference.

Scholarships are limited and are based on: Financial need.  

We do suggest viewing additional ways to secure funding.
These are very viable sources and often do aide families or individuals to attend conferences/workshops to help in the understanding of their child.

Financial assistance is for reduced registration fees only.
Lodging, food and travel costs are the responsibility of the registrant.

We have NO FULL scholarships but are able to offer reduced fees to a a limited number of qualifying individuals.

Each person requesting financial assistance must complete an application form.
All questions must be answered. 

 Timetable: 

1. Funds are limited; Applications are accepted on a first come and NEED basis

2. Notification will be within 2 days from time application is received.

3. Applicants will be notified by  E-mailed (Be sure to include email address below) for ONLINE and postage received application.
   If applicant mails application and requests postal notification, Please include stamped addressed envelope

 Responsibility of Persons Selected to Receive Scholarship: 

• Each person will complete a Conference Evaluation form before leaving the conference.

• Persons selected are expected to share the information they receive at the conference with other people in the community.

• Attendees are responsible for their meals, lodging and travel expenses.
